Operation Christmas Child

So, it’s getting closer to Christmas. You can tell because of the Christmas ads now playing on TV… urgh. Anyway, one of my favorite things to do this time of year is to pack shoe boxes for Operation Christmas Child. It’s a great way to help those in other countries. Children all over the world receive shoe boxes. Over the last two years, our church has been able to participate and has sent 200+ boxes to 12 different countries.

This year, we are shipping 101 boxes! I’m excited about that and I love to think that we are able to have a part in 101 children’s lives. If you need more information, go to www.samaritanspurse.org.
