I’ve been reading through the Psalms over the last month. I think it is really interesting to read about what was going on in the minds of these great people when they were going through trials. David is believed to have written most of them and he is known as a “man after God’s own heart.” To see how afraid he was at times, to see how angry he was, or to see how joyous he was. I love the verses that talk about God helping the poor and needy. I guess that is kind of how I feel right now. It is so cool how the Bible can speak to you no where you are in your journey of life. I am especially enjoying the Psalms right now though because they are so real.
